On a sunny Sunday at the 30th of July, in the seaside resort Jesolo in the province of Venice (Italy), the third edition of Spritz and Flowers took place. This is the annual event to promote the popular drink Aperol Spritz with its consumers. And what could be a better location to celebrate than its birthplace?

Morris Marigo

Floral designer Morris Marigo is the initiator and chief arranger that is committed to this event. He is located in Lido di Jesolo and a true TV personality in Italy. Together with a team of approximately 25 floral designers he created the floral setting of Spritz and Flowers.

Coloured by orange gerberas

In association with Morris Marigo Coloured by Gerbera delivered 7.000 Dutch gerberas in different orange tints for this event. The flowers were used for the most beautiful arrangements, picture frames and to decorate the event location. In a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere models were wearing floral creations such as necklaces, bracelets, belts and dresses.

Succesful combination

It’s very unique that a world famous brand such as Campari (the founder of Aperol Spritz) collaborates with only one type of flower: the gerbera. At Spritz and Flowers the orange drink and orange gerberas really complement each other.
